Frames are constructed of 2.0mm or 3.0mm commercial quality cold rolled steel ASTM A366 or hot dip galvanized steel sheet. All bends shall be formed with a true sharp radius. Frames shall be cement grouted from site.
45mm (13/4") thick full flush Rockwool + bullet resistant layer construction with the details confirming to SDI-111A-EDGE considered. Manufactured from cold rolled steel sheets to ASTM A366 or from galvanized steel to ASTM A526. Available in nominal 1.5mm or 2.0mm shutter thickness with Vertical edges interlocked. 1.5mm (16ga.) deep end channels at top and bottom of door for lasting integrity. Hardware reinforcing in accordance to ANSI, SDI, NFPA standards requirements. Tested according to UL10(B) and labeled up to 2 hours. Available with wide range of Bullet proof glass light preparations. Fire rated, Labeled: Available in sizes up to 4'x8' single and 8'x8' double. larger sizes are also available with oversize certification.
ANSI standard ironmongeries will be provided as per requirements. All concealed cutouts on frames and shutters will be made from factory. Standard Steel Door will be with 3 or 4nos. Stainless Steel Butt Hinges, Mortise Lockset, Euro profile Double Cylinder, SS Lever Handle, Door Closer, Door Stopper and Weather Strips. Ironmongery will be supplied separately along with doors and frames. Installation Manual will be provided along with each ironmongery item.
All Steel doors are electrostatically factory powder coated in oven under high temperature. 70 to 80 microns will be the standard coating thickness used. On special request, Vanguard can provide up to 150 microns also as per the project requirements. Texture and Smooth finish can be made on Steel doors as per request. Internationally used Ral color codes are being followed by Vanguard Steel Doors. Ral color chart can be provided on request.
