Vanguard Steel Louver Doors are designed to provide controlled airflow and ventilation while maintaining security, durability, and aesthetics. Steel Frames
  • Fabricated from commercial-grade cold rolled steel (ASTM A366) or hot-dip galvanized steel (ASTM A653)
  • Available frame thickness:
    -1.6 mm (14 gauge)
    -2.0 mm (12 gauge)
  • Precision-bent corners with sharp radius for added rigidity and seamless alignment
  • Optional frame anchoring systems available (masonry, drywall, etc.)
Steel Shutters with Louvers
  • 46 mm thick door leaf with louver cutouts as required sizes.
  • Fabricated using ASTM A366 cold rolled steel or ASTM A526 galvanized steel
  • Available in 1.0 mm or 1.2 mm thickness
  • Vertical edges interlocked with 1.2 mm deep top and bottom end channels
  • Louvered panels integrated into the door shutter, with fixed blades for free airflow
  • Blade type:
    -Z-type or inverted Y-type blades
    -Weather-resistant or vision-proof options available
  • Free Air Area: Up to 50% depending on design
  • Optional features: insect mesh
  • Available Sizes:
  • Single Door: Up to 1200 mm (W) × 2400 mm (H)
  • Double Door: Up to 2400 mm (W) × 2400 mm (H)

Ironmongery
  • Supplied as per BS or ANSI standards
  • Pre-cut concealed openings for hardware installation
